When we were contact by Myan Management Group, they were in the process of on boarding 3 large communities that provided hundreds of apartment units to the Reno/Sparks housing market. When you are dealing with that many apartments to market, lease, and manage, getting setup with the right technology to help ensure your team operates at an efficient and effective level is key.
Not only was it important to Myan Management Group that there website was setup to help promote their properties so they could keep their apartment communities full, it was also important that their new website seamlessly integrated with some of the other advanced technology systems that large property management companies are used to working with so they are able communicate and provide the highest level of service to their tenants.
As with any website we deliver to real estate professionals, it was important to us that we did some diligent research and on the real estate market to see what their competitors were doing and how we could best position our client to get the most out of the site.
Not only was it important to Myan Management Group that there website was setup to help promote their properties so they could keep their apartment communities full, it was also important that their new website seamlessly integrated with some of the other advanced technology systems that large property management companies are used to working with so they are able communicate and provide the highest level of service to their tenants.

The Results
Working with Myan Management Group was an amazing experience, their team is very experienced and knew exactly what they were looking for in their new site. We worked closely together to brainstorm, develop, and deliver the perfect solution that would support Myan's efforts for many years to come.
We spent a lot of time ensuring they had the marketing tools they needed to be able to keep their large communities leased. Each apartment community had it's own landing page built, that way they could use dedicated links to market specific properties and move-in specials. Each of the property pages was setup to display property information, area amenities, floor plans, move-in specials, and more.
In addition to the marketing features that we integrated into their new site, we developed some custom tools that we hoped would help make operations more efficient. Some of the capabilities that were added to the new site were rental application links, a tenant payment portal, maintenance request forms, and move-in inspection forms that could be completed right from their website.
Since the website's initial launch, we have continued working with Myan Management to this day. We manage and optimize their Facebook advertising accounts, and provided regular updates to the website to ensure it's performance is always up to par and ready to handle all of the traffic coming in from their social media ads. Working with Myan Management Group has been an amazing experience and we hope to continue our partnership for many years to come.
