Given our extensive experience working with multifamily communities and the marketing strategies that drive success in this sector, we were thrilled to take on this project.

As with any real estate website project, we executed a detailed discovery phase to identify top competitors in the market and understand the multifamily management tools and technologies that would need integration into the new site. Before development could begin, we needed a clear understanding of the technology they already had in place to build a website that would integrate seamlessly and provide an efficient experience for their multifamily management team.

We delivered a modern, functional website for the multifamily management team at DCG that perfectly aligned with the established branding they had built over nearly 40 years. Consistency with their existing brand identity was essential, and the new site seamlessly reflected their professional reputation and market position.

The site successfully enables them to market available rental properties throughout the community. We developed custom WordPress modules that make uploading new properties simple and efficient. Each property automatically generates its own dedicated landing page, giving their team the ability to create targeted marketing campaigns with custom links for different advertising channels and promotional efforts.

Beyond marketing features, we integrated AppFolio, their existing property management platform, directly into the new website. This seamless integration connected all the features and operational tools they rely on daily. We also built tenant-specific features allowing renters to use the website for submitting rental applications, requesting maintenance, completing move-in inspection forms, making rental payments, and much more.

Developing the new site for the multifamily management team at DCG was tremendously rewarding.
