Website design process

Our website design and development process. No surprises.

Six phases, one team, fixed pricing and 3, 6 and 12 month payment plans. At every step of our website design process, you know what happens next and what it should do for your business.

  1. Phase 01

    Discovery

Blueprint the win before anything is built.

This is where most agencies get it wrong: they jump straight into design. We dig into what makes your business tick, who your ideal customers are, what drives them to act and where your competitors leave gaps you can take.

    What you get

    • Your goals and how the project will reach them
    • Your customers' problems and what motivates them
    • Competitive gaps in your market
    • A roadmap every later decision serves
  2. Phase 02

    UX and planning

Engineer the path from visitor to customer.

Wireframes map how people move through the site or app, so every click and every screen has a purpose. For software, this is where we map your workflow and decide what the first version must do.

    What you get

    • Site maps or app flows
    • Wireframes for key screens
    • Calls to action placed where decisions happen
    • A clear scope for a fixed price
  3. Phase 03

    Design

A look as strong as your business.

Custom visual design built on your brand: typography, color, imagery and motion that feel premium on every screen. You review it screen by screen until it's right.

    What you get

    • Custom designs for desktop and mobile
    • Design reviews with you
    • A consistent design system
    • Copy refined alongside the design
  4. Phase 04

    Development

Clean, fast code that's built to last.

We build by hand on the right platform for the job, with performance, accessibility, security and SEO in the foundation. Applications are tested with real scenarios before anyone relies on them.

    What you get

    • A private preview link to watch progress
    • Speed and accessibility built in
    • Integrations with your tools
    • Testing on real devices
  5. Phase 05

    Launch

Go live without losing what you've earned.

Redirects, tracking, forms and speed are checked before the switch, so your rankings and leads carry over. Your team gets a walkthrough so you own it from day one.

    What you get

    • Redirect map from old pages
    • Analytics and conversion tracking
    • Final checks across devices
    • Training for your team
  6. Phase 06

    Care and growth

    Launch day is day one.

Hosting, security, backups and updates keep the investment working. SEO, ads and new features keep it growing, run by the same team that built it.

    What you get

    • Website care plans
    • SEO and advertising
    • New features as you grow
    • Requests and reports in your client portal

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How long does a project take?
A project's timeline depends on its scope, and every proposal includes a fixed timeline with milestones, so you know your launch date before we start.
How involved do I need to be?
Most at the start (discovery) and during design reviews. We keep your time focused on the decisions only you can make.
Will the price change during the project?
No. You get a fixed price for the agreed scope. New ideas along the way are quoted separately before any work starts.
What does a project cost?
Every project gets a fixed price once planning is done. The Price Guide shows where most projects land, and 3, 6 and 12 month payment plans are available.
Can I see progress before launch?
Yes. You get a private preview link and regular check-ins throughout development.
Do I own the finished website or software?
Yes. The code, the content and the domain are yours. Care plans pay for hosting and upkeep, not for the right to use your own site.
