By default, WordPress sends these straight from your web server, and they can end up in spam or never arrive.
FluentSMTP fixes that by handing each message to a service built for the job. It works with Postmark, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Gmail, Microsoft 365 and others. Those services are set up to prove the email is really from you, which helps it reach the inbox.
FluentSMTP is not a newsletter tool. It only handles the messages your site sends by itself, like a quote request landing in your inbox. It is made by WPManageNinja, who say it is free with no paid version.
