Custom Software
What is Integration?
Also called: system integration, software integration
An integration connects two or more systems so they share data automatically, saving your team from re-typing the same information.
An integration is a connection between software tools that lets them exchange information on their own. Your website form can feed your CRM, your CRM can create an invoice in your accounting software, and a payment can update your order system.
The business case is simple. Manual double entry costs time and creates mistakes: typos, forgotten follow-ups and records that disagree. Connected systems keep one version of the truth and let your team focus on customers instead of data entry.
Integrations use APIs, webhooks or sometimes simple file transfers. They need to be built to handle errors, such as a system being offline for a moment, so data is not lost. We build and maintain integrations that tie your website and tools into one working system.
Example
When a customer pays an invoice online, the integration marks it paid in your accounting software and emails a receipt.
