Web Design
What is User Experience?
Also called: UX
User experience, or UX, is how easy and pleasant your site is to use. Good UX helps visitors find what they need and take action without frustration.
User experience, or UX, covers everything about how a person interacts with your website or software: how easily they find information, how clear the steps are, how fast things respond and how they feel along the way.
UX affects revenue directly. A confusing menu, a long form or a checkout that surprises people causes them to give up. A smooth path makes calling, booking or buying feel easy. Good UX also lowers support questions, since people can help themselves.
UX is different from visual design, though they work together. A beautiful site can still be hard to use. Good UX comes from understanding your visitors, mapping their goals and testing with real people. We plan structure and flows first, then design the look on top.
Example
A customer finds your pricing guide in two taps, fills out a short form and gets a confirmation, with no confusion along the way.
