What is Facebook Ads?
Facebook Ads, in plain English.
Facebook Ads is how a business pays to show ads in Meta's apps. Today they're managed in one place, Meta's Ads Manager, so a single campaign can run on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger, or across Meta's wider Audience Network. Meta now simply calls them Meta ads.
It works differently from Google. People aren't searching for you yet, so your ad finds them while they scroll. You build an audience by location, age, gender and interests, pick a goal such as leads, traffic or sales, and set a daily or total budget. There's no minimum spend, though Meta suggests letting an ad run for at least a week so its system can learn.
Facebook Ads suits businesses with something worth seeing more than once, like a new apartment community, a home listing or a seasonal offer. Paired with a focused landing page on your website, it turns a scroll into an enquiry.

Why we use Facebook Ads.
We use Facebook Ads for property and real estate clients who need local awareness, such as a new community filling its first homes. Each campaign points to its own landing page, and we track results back to the site so you know what each dollar did.
Targeted Local Reach
Show ads to people by location, age, gender and interests.
Awareness Before Search
Be familiar to people before they start looking, so you're remembered when they do.
