What is Stack Guard?
Stack Guard, in plain English.
Stack Guard is a WordPress security plugin we built ourselves. It covers the basics every business site needs: a custom login address, two-factor sign-in, limits on repeated password guesses, strong and breach-checked passwords, and extra security settings for the site.
It also watches for trouble. A firewall can block bad visitors by address or country, it spots scanners hunting for weak spots, and it flags files that change unexpectedly. An activity log and email summaries show what happened. Backups are checked before they count as complete and can be restored with one click. There are free and paid tiers.
Stack Guard is designed to sit alongside Cloudflare, which filters traffic before it reaches the site. Every feature starts switched off on a fresh install, so nothing changes until we turn it on and test it.
