StackOS
We built the software that runs our own business.
StackOS puts a studio's clients, proposals, projects, invoices, books and the websites it looks after into one system, with a portal clients log into. It runs Stack Mode every day.

The challenge
Running a studio meant a CRM, a proposal tool, a project manager, an invoicing app, accounting software and a client portal that never talked to each other. Every handoff between them was manual, and the client experience was scattered across email.
Our approach
We designed one platform around the life of a client: win the work, deliver it, get paid, look after their sites and keep them happy. Staff get a dashboard of what needs attention; clients get a portal with progress, files, approvals and invoices; the books stay in sync with every invoice and payment.
The outcome
One login replaced the patchwork. StackOS now runs Stack Mode and our sister businesses, and the same thinking goes into every client portal we build.
