It was a lease-up from 0% occupancy, with the goal of reaching 100% fast. Premium one-bedrooms needed demand in a competitive market.
Our approach
We built the brand and a custom website around the building's exterior artwork. We started SEO before opening day. Google and Facebook ads reached professionals and urban renters, driving tour requests and applications.
