The challenge
A renovated property starts 100% vacant. They needed an aggressive plan to fill it quickly.
Our approach
We researched competitors and audiences and built a custom site that scored 95/100 for performance. Tenants and prospects can apply, request maintenance and pay rent online. We launched SEO and managed Google and Facebook ads.
The outcome
Within 3 months we had 15 relevant keywords on page one of Google. Within 2 months of launch, the whole property was fully leased with future tenants on a waiting list.
