Myan Management Group is a large third-party multifamily management company. They were launching three large communities in Reno and Sparks and needed a platform for them.

The challenge
At that scale, the site needed to promote communities, keep occupancy high and work with their property management systems.
Our approach
Each community has its own landing page with custom links for campaigns and move-in specials. Rental application links, a tenant payment portal, maintenance requests and digital move-in inspections are all on the site.
The outcome
The site makes operations more efficient and the tenant experience better. We still manage their Facebook advertising and keep the site updated.
