One site for three programs, with tools staff can run themselves.

RISE provides emergency shelter, supportive housing and outreach in the Reno-Sparks area. We built a site for everyone who needs to find it: people seeking help, donors, volunteers and partners.

The challenge

The site had to serve several audiences, present three distinct programs clearly and leave room for new ones. Staff needed to manage it without technical skills.

Our approach

We built custom interfaces so staff can manage each program, added donation tools, and created an announcement tool for quick public updates such as emergency alerts and volunteer openings.
