Western Nevada Management is one of Northern Nevada's largest property and HOA management companies. We replaced an outdated site with a custom platform that handles HOA communities, property listings and day-to-day operations.

The challenge

Their old site was dated, but it held operational tools the team relied on. The new site had to look fresh and keep every one of those tools working.

Our approach

We migrated their real estate and HOA data into a custom WordPress system. Each HOA community gets its own permission-controlled pages and dashboard with documents, records and request forms. A listing system turns every property they add into its own detailed page.

The outcome

The site won the Web Excellence Award for both design and functionality. Client Don Lamers says people are asking about the site and the business has increased substantially.
