A boutique motel with its own booking system and an operations platform.

Kramer's Midtown is the area's only boutique motel, on S. Virginia Street in Midtown. We built the website, a custom booking system and the tools to run it.

The challenge

Reno has high-end casinos and unique Airbnbs. A new boutique property had to stand out and capture bookings in a crowded market.

Our approach

We built a custom booking system connected to their channel manager, giving them control of reservations and pricing. Guest tools cover the stay from check-in to check-out, including an online request form for extra towels or pillows. An operations system handles staff scheduling, job duties, inventory and revenue tracking.

The outcome

The site captures the property's energy and lets the team run without an on-site office. After the technology was in place, we launched SEO plus Google and Facebook advertising.
