The challenge
The site had to market available rentals and work with the property management tools the team already used, all in line with their established brand.
Our approach
After discovery on competitors and their existing technology, we built custom modules to upload properties. Each property automatically gets its own landing page with custom links for each ad channel. AppFolio is integrated directly, and tenants can apply, request maintenance, complete move-in inspections and pay rent on the site.
The outcome
The team has a site that supports both marketing and day-to-day management while staying true to a brand built over decades.
