Grand Canyon Mews is a luxury townhome community in Reno's Historic Wells District. We joined during construction and built the brand, the website and the marketing from scratch.

The challenge

This was a lease-up from 0% occupancy in a market where nearly every community offered two to three months of free rent. The property had to read as a premium product worth paying for.

Our approach

We built a complete brand and a premium website using professional photography and drone footage. The site has lead generation throughout and an integrated resident portal. Marketing can be switched on when units open and scaled back when they fill.

The outcome

Grand Canyon Mews reached 100% occupancy at rental rates at the top of the market compared to nearby communities, without the free rent competitors relied on. The project also won a Web Excellence Award.
