The challenge

Four systems had to work together: a learning platform, a paywalled resource library, a community and a podcast, with payments running through all of them.

Our approach

We built a custom learning system that tracks progress across video, audio and text. The resource library has a page for each of hundreds of resources, organized by category and protected behind a paywall with member access. The community has topic channels and job posts, and payments cover purchases, enrollments and memberships. Podcast episodes get their own pages with audio, video, show notes and transcripts.

The outcome

The business launched with everything it needed to serve its members. The platform is now a central resource for property management professionals across the country, and the team can manage it themselves.
