NNCEPP

A public website and a custom CRM, built to launch a city eviction prevention program on a tight deadline.

NNCEPP was created by the City of Sparks to keep renters in their homes and help landlords meet their obligations during the pandemic. We built the multilingual public site and a custom application that managed each mediation case from application to resolution.

The challenge

The program had to open fast and handle heavy traffic during a crisis. The team needed tools to process applications and manage landlord and tenant mediation without fighting their software.

Our approach

We built the brand, the intake forms and a site that lets visitors switch all content into their own language. Behind it, a custom application centralized every case, tracked it through its life and connected phones, email and operational tools.

The outcome

The program opened with the full technology it needed. T. Tran says the team got to know them and built a CRM that streamlined their workflow.
